ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (BRANDING & DESIGN)

What does an Account Executive (Branding & Design) do at Un-titled Lab?

As an Account Executive, you are a reliable, experienced operator who keeps client projects moving with minimal oversight. You work closely with the Account Manager, owning your own project coordination and client communication day-to-day. You've been around enough to anticipate problems before they happen, write crisp summaries without being asked, and manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball. You're building toward Account Manager — and this role is how you get there.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Communication

  • Own day-to-day client communication across your assigned accounts — scheduling, updates, and follow-ups run through you.
  • Prepare and lead meeting agendas, take sharp notes, and distribute clear summaries with action items within 24 hours.
  • Handle routine client questions and requests independently, escalating only what genuinely needs AM judgment.

Project Administration & Tracking

  • Maintain and update project trackers (timeline, task status, budget usage) across active projects — proactively, not reactively.
  • Coordinate internal hand-offs between Creative, Design, and Production teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Identify and flag potential delays or risks before they become problems for AM or the client.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Own the organisation of project documentation — proposals, contracts, briefs, feedback, and approvals — in a clear, easy-to-find system.
  • Support AM in preparing client reports, project summaries, and account status updates with minimal direction.
  • Compile client account history and interactions to support business development and account planning.

Cross-functional Support

  • Act as the day-to-day bridge between creative and account teams — ensuring briefs, feedback, and revisions land clearly and on time.
  • Take the lead on preparing materials for pitches, proposals, and client presentations.

What Else?

  • Support Un-titled Lab's business development activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and represent Un-titled Lab professionally in all client interactions.
  • Keep project management tools (Notion, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack) organised and up-to-date.

What do we want to see?

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — you run a tight ship across multiple accounts.
  • Clear, professional communication in both Thai and English — written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset — you solve problems before the AM even knows they exist.
  • Experienced enough to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing momentum.
  • Genuine interest in branding, design, and the creative process.

Qualifications — Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in account coordination, client service, project management, or a related role — agency experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Slack).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a branding, design, or creative agency.
  • Solid understanding of the branding and design production process.

Why join us?

  • Work closely with senior Account Managers and Client Managers on complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Real ownership of client coordination from day one — not just supporting work.
  • Clear growth path toward Account Manager as you build your skills and track record.
