What does a Brand and Marketing Communication Executive do at Un-titled Lab?
As a Brand and Marketing Communication Executive at Un-titled Lab, you’ll be a key driver in shaping and amplifying our brand narrative and market presence. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our business objectives. Your role will involve crafting compelling content, managing communication channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Whether you’re developing marketing campaigns, managing social media engagement, or coordinating public relations efforts, your contributions will be instrumental in elevating Un-titled Lab’s brand and driving growth.
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies that align with Un-titled Lab’s overall goals and values.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials and channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform brand and communication strategies.
2. Marketing Communication & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and public relations.
- Create engaging and compelling content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, press releases) that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand messaging.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing communication activities, providing reports and recommendations for optimisation.
3. Public Relations & Media Engagement
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Support the development and distribution of press releases and media kits.
- Coordinate media inquiries and interview requests.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and track expenses.

Qualifications
Must Have

- Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples and successful campaign examples.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of brand building principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the design or branding industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
