What does a Content Creator (TikTok Specialist) do at Header House?
As a Content Creator (TikTok Specialist), you live and breathe TikTok. You film, edit, and publish content that fits the platform's language — natural, fast, and trend-aware. You work within the creative direction set by the Senior/Content Strategist team, but the execution — the filming, the edit, the caption, the posting — is yours. This is a hands-on production role for someone who understands what makes a TikTok video actually perform, not just look good.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Filming
- Film raw content for TikTok using mobile devices or cameras, following briefs and creative direction from Senior/Content Strategist.
- Adapt filming style and format to fit trending TikTok formats, sounds, and challenges.
- Coordinate shoot logistics (location, props, talent) for in-house and client TikTok content.
Editing & Publishing
- Edit raw footage into polished, platform-native TikTok content using CapCut, TikTok's native editor, or Premiere Pro.
- Add captions, sound syncing, and basic effects that fit current TikTok editing trends.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar and optimal posting times.
Trend & Sound Research
- Monitor trending sounds, formats, and challenges on TikTok daily.
- Propose trend-jacking ideas that fit the brand voice to the Content Strategist/Senior team.
- Maintain a personal pulse on what's performing well across TikTok, not just within owned accounts.
Community Engagement & Analytics
- Respond to comments and engage with the community to build a loyal, active audience.
- Track basic performance metrics (views, watch time, completion rate, engagement) per post.
- Share performance learnings with the team to refine future content.
What do we want to see?

- A team player who takes direction well but brings their own creative instinct to execution.
Qualifications — Must Have
- 1-2 years of experience creating content for TikTok or similar short-form platforms (personal or professional).
