"What does a Content Strategist do at Un-titled Lab?"

As a Content Strategist, you will be the architect of our content ecosystem, responsible for designing the strategic blueprint that guides our audience through the conversion funnel. You will play a vital role in transforming creative ideas into powerful, data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results, ensuring every piece of content created for our clients and in-house brands is purposeful and effective.

1.2 Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Data Analysis
    • Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business goals, target markets, and industry landscape.
    • Analyze data and insights to inform creative decisions, ensuring that campaigns are well-informed and strategically positioned.
    • Gain a deep understanding behavior and touch points.
  • Strategy Development
    • Create a creative marketing campaign to communicate and promote a product, service, or brand.
    • Design and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with company objectives and marketing goals.
    • Develop communication strategies and craft targeted messages to achieve marketing objectives across various platforms and target groups, both offline and online.
  • Content Planning & Management
    • Create editorial calendars, content requirements matrices, and content briefs to guide content creation.
    • Written content effectively convey the desired message and align with the content pillars.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm out-of-the-box ideas and concepts that align with the strategic direction of projects.
    • Work with content creators, designers, creatives, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Performance Analysis and Audit
    • Analyze existing content, identify trends, and research target audiences to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track content effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
    • Prepare analysis reports and marketing presentations.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest consumer research, market trends, and tools and methodologies in the industry.

  • Support Un-titled Lab’s business development activities.

💡Qualifications

Must Have:

        • 3+ years of professional experience in Content Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related role, preferably in an agency setting.
        • Proven experience in audience research and translating data into content plans.
        • Proficiency in designing content funnels and user journeys.
        • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
        • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Nice to Have:

        • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), SEO tools, and other relevant digital marketing technologies.
        • Working knowledge of basic UX/UI principles as they relate to content structure.
