As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative projects, spanning from the initial concept to implementation. You will be involved in creating Branding, Advertising, and Marketing Materials, including Graphic Design, Illustration, Print Design, Collateral Design, Environment Design, and Digital Content. You must collaborate closely with our leadership, colleagues, external partners, and clients to craft and deliver exceptional marketing and branding experiences.
1.2 Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Creative & Design Strategy:
- Apply design thinking to address challenges, set goals, capitalize on opportunities, and incorporate these insights into the creative process.
- Initiate ideas and shape concepts using creative and innovative thinking.
- Offer input to creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Concept Design and Development:
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Apply critical thinking to develop innovative design concepts that meet client briefs and align with marketing/branding strategies.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver distinctive & memorable, simple, and appropriate designs aligned with marketing communication strategy.
- Listen to feedback to hone your skills and refine the design, ensuring brand consistency throughout all projects.
- Deliver High-Quality Communication Design:
- Ensure that the design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also conveys the right message to the target audience, resonating with viewers and building brand recognition.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure only the best work is delivered to the client.
- Design various marketing communication assets with expertise and technical knowledge.

🎨 Qualifications
Must Have:
- Relevant Degree Requirement (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Creative/Graphic Designer, ideally within a creative agency.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Motion Graphics (e.g., After Effects)
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
