MARKETING EXECUTIVE

What does a Marketing Executive do at Un-titled Lab?

You make our marketing happen. Un-titled Lab and Header House already have a clear strategy, a content system and a budget. Your job is to turn them into a monthly content plan, posts that go out on time, paid campaigns that bring in the right leads, events that run smoothly, specialists who deliver what they promised, and numbers our leadership can trust every week.

This is a hands-on role in a creative company. You'll plan and make content yourself, run our paid campaigns, coordinate a small network of marketing specialists, and work alongside strategists, designers and video producers — learning how a branding agency markets itself to business owners. You report to Leadership and work closely with our New Business, Client Service and Header House teams.

Key Responsibilities‍

Content Planning & Production

  • Plan the monthly content calendar across Un-titled Lab, Header House and leadership channels, and publish on schedule.
  • Create content yourself — social posts, carousels, captions, simple video edits and story assets.
  • Turn leadership talks, podcasts and project wins into ready-to-publish content, working with our production team for bigger shoots.
  • Produce case studies and proof content from client results.

Paid Media (Google Search & Meta Ads)

  • Set up, launch and manage Google Search and Meta Ads campaigns yourself, within the approved budget.
  • Build keywords, audiences and ad creative, and make sure conversion tracking works end to end.
  • Optimise weekly — pause what's losing, shift budget to what's working, test new creative and copy.
  • Judge campaigns by cost per qualified lead, not clicks or cost per lead.

External Specialist Coordination

  • Be the main point of contact for our marketing specialists — a freelance writer (LinkedIn, newsletter and articles), a social media lead (Instagram), video and graphic freelancers, and any specialist partners we bring in for advanced paid media work.
  • Keep every retainer accountable to its monthly deliverables, and flag gaps early.
  • Review specialist invoices against what was delivered before Leadership sign-off.
  • Run monthly check-ins with each specialist — what shipped, what's next, what's blocked.

Marketing Operations

  • Keep the website current — service pages, case studies and our Brand Assessment Tool lead magnet.
  • Set up and send our email newsletter, and manage the subscriber list.
  • Run event logistics for our quarterly Brand Leadership Bootcamp and annual client appreciation event — from venue and registration to run-sheet and post-event report.
  • Keep lead tracking accurate in our CRM so every lead can be traced to its source.

Reporting

  • Send a weekly marketing roll-up — leads, ad spend, campaign results and pipeline by channel.
  • Write a one-page monthly marketing scorecard commentary in plain English — red, yellow or green for each metric, with one "why" and one "what next" for anything red.
  • Attend the weekly Leadership Sync as the voice of Marketing.

What Else?

  • Keep an eye on what other agencies and category brands are doing, and share what's worth learning.
  • Support Un-titled Lab's business development activities.

  • Write natural Thai captions that speak to business owners.
  • Organised enough to hold a calendar, a tracker and several specialists at once.
  • Read marketing numbers — reach, leads, cost — and say honestly what they mean.
  • Having strong interest in design and branding.
  • Strong interest in design and branding.
