- Strategic Packaging Leadership

- Advanced Design Development

- Production Mastery & Quality Control
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of advanced printing techniques, special finishes, and production processes.

- Manage relationships with production partners, printers, and specialized vendors.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level packaging designers.
